Established in 1992 and based in Beijing, China, Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering & Technology Inc is a company engaged in researching solid waste pollution prevention technology and providing supporting services. In November 2025, Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering & Technology Inc agreed to acquire 45. 2% minority stake in Huaihua Tianxin for an undisclosed amount. The company's core business includes the resource utilization of solid and hazardous wastes, domestic waste treatment and environmental remediation, taking into account the harmless disposal of solid and hazardous wastes, water treatment, air pollution control and organic waste treatment. Specific businesses include the recycling of copper, nickel, lead, zinc, tin and a variety of rare precious metals, and expanding into non-metal areas such as waste rubber and waste tires.
The company also has a comprehensive system service for domestic waste management, specifically focusing on the construction of domestic waste incineration power stations. The company generates revenue by engaging in pollution prevention services, including waste recycling, water treatment, air pollution control, etc.
