Client Services

Our team serves as the primary point of contact for clients on queries relating to the Preqin platform, as well as the wider company. We are a global team, based in London, New York, and Singapore, providing round-the-clock support to our clients. Last year, we answered queries from over 8,000 customers across the globe via phone, email, and live chat.

Regional Accounts

Our team identifies and acquires new customers in targeted regions by effectively managing the sales cycle. In addition, we build strong relationships with existing clients to advise them throughout their subscription and at renewal time. Our team is structured around customer segments across different regions to ensure we have a deep understanding of their needs and deliver the highest standard of service.

Global Accounts

Our team builds long-term partnerships with our strategic clients to maximize mutually beneficial outcomes over time. We develop trust and a thorough understanding of their goals to help them shape their business strategies and source opportunities. We always look for new ways to engage with our global account clients – through events, thought leadership, research, and other initiatives.

Channel Sales

Our team manages Preqin's partnerships with the world’s biggest software providers. These partnerships enable our clients to access Preqin's data and insights seamlessly via their own CRM and analytics tools. We identify potential partners and develop successful relationships with a goal to improve our clients’ workflows and boost efficiency.
