Flowserve Corporation Pension Plan is a defined benefit pension plan covering substantially all union and non-union employees of Flowserve Corporation in the United States. The pension plan provides benefits based on years of service, age, job grade levels, and type of compensation. Participants are eligible to receive payments in the form of lump-sum distributions or annuity payments from the plan upon attainment of normal retirement, early retirement, and disability retirement or upon termination of employment as defined by the plan. The corporation was created in 1997 by merging two fluid motion and control companies, BW/IP and Durco International.
