In addition, the company offers ship management services to third party vessel owners; and owns, operates, and leases vessels.
The company was formerly known as Kota Bayu Ekuiti Berhad and changed its name to Icon Offshore Berhad in October 2012. Icon Offshore Berhad was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
