The company offers rigid films and flexible films used for thermoforming and form-fill-seal applications ranging from high clarity food packaging and specialist recycled products to non-food applications. AMB S. p. A.
also offers designing, prototyping, and tooling services of packaging films to food manufacturers and packaging thermoformers. Following the acquisition by Peak Rock Capital in February 2021, AMB S. p. A.
plans to further grow its business by expanding its global footprint and manufacturing recyclable product offerings, and also from potential add-acquisitions.
